The primary responsibility of an Account Manager is to sell products and services of our client to the target market via the direct channel. After bringing in the new logo’s, the Account Manager is also responsible for expanding the share of wallet. After approximately 18 months a new Client is handed over to a CTA (Client Technology Advisor), who is responsible for developing, maintaining and growing the relationships with Client base of the organisation. The Account Manager New Business will report to the EU Director Sales & Marketing and operates within the European Sales System.

Tasks & Responsibilties
● Responsible for bringing in new logo’s;
● Prospecting target market;
● Sales Activities (demos, follow-up meetings, onsite meetings);
● Responsible for understanding the processes in the line of business of the prospect;
● Translate the prospect need into tailor made proposals, together with Solutions Consultants;
● Closing the deals;
● Establishes and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel assigned customer accounts;
● Update and maintain client information in SalesForce;
● Understanding of client’s products and services;
● Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for share of wallet growth;
● Requests referrals from customers;
● Deals with escalations, billing questions, etc.;
● Schedule and attend client meetings;
● Attends cross-FA meetings and products trainings;

Knowledge and Skills:

● Bachelor’s degree;
● 3-5 years industry experience;
● General understanding of software and Cloud Services;
● Knowledge of SalesForce and/or other CRMs;
● High EQ level (Emotional Intelligence);
● Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, both in English and in Dutch (German is a plus);
● Ability to work directly with internal staff and customers in a professional consultative manner;
● Driver’s license;
● Ability to manage difficult situations and work well under pressure;
● Highly organized with excellent time management skills;
● MS Office proficient;
● Strong ego drive;
● Excellent time management and organizational skills;
● Competitive background;
● Social Media presence;
