In this key role you will generate leads and sales opportunities for Heeros’s solutions. You manage and drive direct sales engagements and be charged with building new and lasting sales driven business in the Netherlands. You create and implement strategic account plans. In this position you are responsible for the acquisition of potential customers. Your customers are medium sized businesses, but special emphasis is placed on developing Heeros opportunities in accountancy firms as well as partner i.e. channel sales.

You have good business acumen and an excellent ability to communicate with people in different business environments. The successful candidate must have experience of achieving business to business sales targets, ideally in IT or related industries.

Main Duties:

● Contacting and meeting potential customers;

● Selling Heeros’s solutions to new customers, that includes companies and organizations (profit - non profit) and specifically accountancy firms up to 15-20 partners (sweetspot);

● Development of new sales methods through partners i.e. channel sales;

● Reporting (sales planning - forecast - realization) to senior management at head office level in Helsinki.

You will be working in a small team in the Netherlands. There are excellent opportunities to grow the business in the market and in the future develop a more international working environment. Heeros will support you on items as marketing, communications etc. Being a sales professional you will have access to an actual network to support your activities.

For this position you must be fluent in Dutch and have excellent understanding of English

● Strong communication skills on decision making level;

● Entrepreneurial skills and attitude;

● Education: bachelor;

● An organised and methodical approach to customer follow up - account plans;

● Ability to create long-term working relationships and build rapport with clients;

● Confidence and an assertive manner and the ability to work well in a busy and pressurised

environment with minimal supervision;

● Self-motivated towards learning and personal development;

● Sales profile: lead- and new business generation through consultative acquisition;

● Experienced in IT solution sales (software - SaaS) and proven track record of sales results;

● Experienced in working in an international environment.
