Functie omschrijving

As an Inside Sales professional you take the initiative and make sure you have an overview of all open quotations and assignments for the customers assigned to you. You have good communication skills and enjoy interacting with people. For the Client Manager you are the eyes and ears within your own organization. You contribute to operational sales effectiveness by establishing relationships with clients and vendors and coordinating everyday interactions, queries and general information sharing.

The day to day duties include providing quotes for clients either from direct requests or on behalf of the Sales team. On occasion you can influence the price and margin, by suggesting different products dependent on lead times, promotions, alternative suppliers and programs. Once the order is received you ensure it matches the provided quote, terms and conditions and you administer the sales related documents. In general, you provide support to the sales force when required and are an active member of the winning team. Where the primary objective is to manage and grow relationships and drive expansion and renewals across all solutions within assigned accounts.

You report to the Manager Sales Operations & Bid Management.

You are cheerful, passionate about your work and everyone likes to work with you. You are a spider in the web for your Client Managers and you have an overview of all quotations and orders. You can cope well under pressure and you are familiar with administrative processes. Moreover, you will develop further within the team, both professionally and personally. You can follow training courses at the company’s online university or through classroom lessons. Amongst others, growth to the role of Client Manager is a possibility.

Essential Requirements:

● MBO+/HBO work and thinking level with commercial administrative background;

● Minimum of 2 years work experience within a versatile commercial administrative environment;

● A good command of the Dutch and English languages in word and writing is a must;

● Experience in selling services is a strong advantage;

● Affinity with the company’s Portfolio is a plus;

● Able to fathom automated systems;

● You can work on your own, but you are also a team player;

● You are good at planning and organizing;

● You can easily separate main issues from side issues.
