Functie omschrijving Sales Marketeer

Everything the Sales Marketeer does, contributes to the sales by generating high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL’s). He is responsible for the development and management of all "cross functional creative content". This is being developed together with the US Marketing department to promote products and services. Managing the content management system, including the creative translation of global content and writing of own content is an important element in this role. In addition, he is responsible for organizing events. And, the Sales Marketeer is, together with his colleagues in EU and US, responsible for the design of all print & promotional material and internal & external communication material to support the products, services and events. Both towards existing Clients & potential Clients and towards the internal organization.

● Responsible for the adoption and translation of the global Marketing plan (created by Headquarters in the United States) into the EU Marketing plan and planning
● Drafting and managing the Marketing Budget, based on the EU Marketing Plan
● Making proposals for allocation of the budget according to plan
● Monitoring relevant marketing events and identify opportunities for product-to-market communication
● Implementing the EU Marketing Plan/event calendar Responsible for the translation of the Corporate
● Communication within the European market Managing the content management system, including writing of content, based on input from US Headquarters
● Managing and measuring of social media channels, including SEO and SEA
● Informing the internal organization about the marketing activities
● Setting up and executing marketing campaigns and product launches
● Database management
● Setting up and executing channel marketing campaigns
● Managing suppliers for telemarketing activities
● Supporting the Client Operations Functional Area for communication with existing Clients
● Responsible for full alignment with the corporate identity and monitoring the internal organization on it

Knowledge and Skills

You have a Bachelor’s degree in the field of marketing, 5+ years' experience in equivalent position of which 3+ in the telecom/contact center industry and Online marketing knowledge. The ideal candidate uses his copy writing skills on daily basis to promote our client online, including the writing of blogs, whitepapers, website content, etc. SEO and SEA knowledge combined with knowledge of CMS (Website) is a plus. You have excellent communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail and an exceptional creative flair and an innovative approach. For this role it is important that you are strong interpersonal, you have perfect oral communication skills, both in English and in Dutch (German is a plus), it speaks for yourself that your creative writing skills must be excellent.
